This summer, Blue Boar Restaurant will be celebrating the summer kitchen garden. Executive Chef Michael Riordan has created dishes ranging from a summer vegetables starter, which includes pickled baby vegetables with lemon sponge, basil curd and garden herbs, to a mouth-watering rose water panna cotta with summer berries and lychee sorbet.
Pair your dishes with Perrier-Jouët Blanc Blanc de Blancs, the Maison’s most vivacious cuvée.
