BEER: Order, order! Ale, Lager or Porter – our British beers are the toast of Westminster

Drink ListPrint

“You sir, are drunk.”

“And madam, you are ugly, but in the morning I shall be sober.”

So an alleged altercation was heard between Bessie Braddock, MP for Liverpool Exchange and Prime Minister Winston Churchill amongst the halls of post war Westminster.

Beer continues to be a frequent topic of discussion, both in and around the pubs and clubs that surround Parliament. Previous occupants of Queen Anne’s Chambers, which now is home to our hotel, include The Brewers’ Society, who resided here between 1907 and 1919.

We celebrate some of London’s latest micro-brewed beers, including real cask and tap ales from Meantime and The Kernel. Make some time to enjoy this unique and distinctly British drinking experience.
